Enterprise-liverpool believes that
people are the key to achieving excellence in all our
business activities. As a result of this we have identified
the skills which all our employees require to carryout
their roles within the company. These skills are placed
on a matrix to identify any areas in which individuals
require training in their role or refresher training to
maintain the standards we have already achieved. At present
we are carrying out refresher training in avoiding danger
from underground services and working safely on our street
scene joint venture and customer care training on the
social housing contract. Also on the social housing contract
we are carrying out continual training across the trades
for apprentices and qualified tradesmen.
